These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pinnacle Management Services website and our fleet management services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Pinnacle Management Services provides fleet management, driver solutions, maintenance coordination, fuel optimisation, compliance management, and vehicle remarketing services. The specific services, scope, and pricing for each client are defined in individual service agreements. Our free fleet audit is provided at no cost with no obligation to proceed.
Our $50,000 Savings Guarantee applies to clients who engage our full fleet management services. If we do not identify at least $50,000 in documented, verifiable savings within 90 days of the management start date, the client owes nothing for the engagement period. Specific guarantee terms are detailed in each client's service agreement.
Pinnacle does not use long-term lock-in contracts. Clients may cancel services with 30 days' written notice. No early termination fees or penalties apply. Final invoicing covers services rendered through the cancellation effective date.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
